If you are considering setting up a web-based store to sell your products, and plan on outsourcing your order fulfillment, you should take a closer look at FocalSpan. With FocalSpan, complete order information for orders captured on your web site can be automatically passed through to your fulfillment center for picking, packing, and shipment.

FocalSpan supports integration with Alternative Logistics, Incorporated (ALI), a premier fulfillment center located an hour north of Boston, Massachusetts. FocalSpan has been linked to ALI's Import Bridge so that your order information can be electronically submitted directly to the fulfillment center. This path assures a highly efficient and economical way for your orders to get to your customers.

If you work with a different fulfillment company, we'll work with you to customize an appropriate integration method.

Additional Information and Requirements

Some required components are not included with FocalSpan. The following items are required for implementation of a FocalSpan Web Site, but must be purchased and implemented independently by the client:

Domain Registration and annual renewal
SSL Secure Certificate and annual renewal
Merchant Account (i.e. bank account)
Acquiring Bank Processors (i.e. Nova Corporation, First Data Corporation, Payment Tech)
YourPay API Payment Gateway Account or Authorize.Net's Advanced Integration Method (integration with other Payment Gateway applications such as Verisign's Payflow Pro will be implemented upon request. Additional fees may apply.)
Web Site Hosting (see Host Platform Requirements below for requirements)
