ASTA Client Support

We understand that your business requirements demand fast response when problems or issues arise. As an ASTA client, you can expect prompt, professional support for your technology needs. Support is available by either phone, email, or fax. Remote, on-site, and after hours support is provided by special arrangement.

Registered clients

For our registered clients, on-line support is available through a password protected sign in process. This support includes general information, hints, tips, and solutions, and various file downloads and product updates and information. Registered clients may also be periodically notified of special technical information which we believe will be of value to you and your business. As a registered client, you will be able to check the status of your account with us, or review the progress of an ongoing development project. Registration is free for clients with whom we have an ongoing business relationship.
